HELP IDENTIFYING MAKE AND MODEL # FOR HARROW DISK

I recently purchased an old-timer harrow disk that needs some repairs.
I've tried to locate the parts, however, as you well know...the first thing asked is
what is the MAKE AND MODEL#. I have no idea. I'm hoping someone here can identify this attachment
for me and give me some links for suggestions on where to purchase the parts I need.
I currently need to buy 2 SETS OF BEARING SPOOLS AND BEARING CAPS WITH ZIRT FITTINGS.

Agri Supply in NC/SC/GA will have the parts you need. You will have to do some careful measuring to get replacement parts that fit.

Agri Supply has farm supplies, tractor implements & mower parts.

I think this disc is a brand called "Multi-Purpose" . Ken Sweet

Not sure if these work for you... I have to replace a set on mine - plan to remove and bring to Agrisupply to check...
