Help identifying disk harrow

My dad purchased this disc and we are trying to find out information on it
Any help greatly appreciated

Looks to be in very good condition though!!!!

Usually parts are common. Gang bearings are shared by most brands. Same with wheel hubs and bearings. I bought gang bearings for mine at O'Reilly's.
