Help finding replacement cylinders please..

I have a White QA 1045 Mid mount Loader... The Bucket cylinders are old and have been leaking for a while. I have replaced seals in both already and they continue to leak. My problem is they are no longer made and the manufacture of the cylinders (Bailey) says they can only custom make new ones, needless to say they aren't cheap... The orginal ones are Ognibene 1.75" Bore X 19.25 Stroke... Rod Diameter is 1.25 with 9/16" - 18 SAE ORB Port... the orginal part number for the cylinders is 24H41202.. My question is can anyone tell me a replacement for the cylinders that will work without messing up anything... Thanks in advance for any help..

My guess is that if Bailey couldn't help you (other than making custom ones) then they just aren't available. Have you had a professional look at your to why they are still leaking? Cylinders dont generally just wear out.

I agree with kennyd. There are hydraulic shops that will refurbish and rechrome cylinders as well as replace tubes or rods as necessary that end up being the decent option. One such here in southern California if you need.

Why can't you find a similar sized pair of cylinders? Do they have some special feature?

Find something close and modify to fit.

or

Take them to a hyd shop for refurbishing.

The cylinder would be a welded T cylinder and like J.J. said find something close and modify, but it would probably be less expensive to refurbish what you have especially since Bailey themselves couldn't suggest anything and cost seems to be a problem.
Look at Northern Hydraulics, Chief, Surplus Supply or go to a dealer that stocks loaders and see if any cylinders a close. You should stay with 1.75" bore or smaller so you don't overload your tractor. Also, a little shorter stroke, if you find one to your specs, will work while lowering your overall lift.
