Looks like I have a fair amount of play on the bushings for the KL401 loader on my DK40SEH after only 350 hours. I grease them at least once a month, apparently that didn't help much. looks like the loader has a 1 year warranty. Could someone help me locate where to get the parts?

thanks!

well, I found them - $734 for new bushings seems a bit steep, am I missing something?

I'm assuming you mean $734 for new pins, not bushings? For new stock pins all around that price seems typical, But having them wear out at 350 hours is very strange, So pins are not something one buys very often. I use my loader frequently, with more hours, and the pins show no wear at all. I haven't looked at my bushings, not sure they can even be punched out or replaced. May have to be a bore and insert job.

Keep in mind, they have a small amount of play as per design. But perhaps yours has gotten much worse?

Can you send us photo of a pin, and a bushing of yours that is worn?
