Welcome. Need some more info to be much help. When did it last run? Did it die or did it sit around and now will not start. Basicly needs fuel, good battery and compression. If it has been sitting and the battery is weak it may not start. Does it have glow plugs, do they work? Does it have air in the fuel (need bled)? Give us a little more info and what you have tried and we will try to help.

Yes I will give you more info,
The tractor was running fine turned it off then when went next time to use it which was like a couple of days later, it would just crank over and not start , but will start and run a little with starting fluid , i have changed the fuel filter had little water in the bottom of the bowl got that out so I bled the lines , still won't run , when you open up the drain plugs it ran when the top was open then when I tighten it it died

I still tend to think at least part of the problem is you still have air in the system. The injector pump and injectors are probably good as you said it ran with the bleed screw loose. I don't know why that would work but may have something to do with the air. Try bleeding again all the way to the injectors. Not sure why it wouldn't start after a couple days but may have lost its prime for some reason.
