Currently I do not own a tractor but am always looking for one. Based on space probably will need to get a lawn/garden tractor or something small. Preparing to build a tractor/trailer shed since I already have 2 vintage travel trailers and a classic motorhome that need to be protected from the Arizona sun.

Welcome to TBN. If your intended use is largely mowing grass and pulling a lawn cart around, then a garden tractor may be the best choice. If you wish to do more things, then a Sub Compact Utility Tractor (SCUT) may be a better choice.
