Hey there,

I am a neophite tractor owner to be. I'll be making a purchase within the next couple of weeks and need some help. I have just bought 12 acres and am having some clearing done. I plan on having about 8 acres of pasture with about 3 horses. The land is mainly flat and on a sandy lome. I am having 2000 feet of road installed and will have to maintain it. I am pretty set on the John Deere either 3720 or 4520 with cabs on both. Do I need to get the 4520 or will the 3720 do the trick? I think the 3720 is 36 hp pto and the 4520 is 50 hp pto. Any help would be great.
