Hi all,

Just joined up a few weeks ago while researching a project that I'm thinking of doing at my in-laws place, dredging the pond! Anyway, I don't think that is going to happen anytime soon but I hope to get more info here as my plan is to find some land in the next 3 years and build a place.

Yes we have mud with the recent thaw which in turn will create lots of maple syrup. .. not the mud but the thaw lol
