Just bought my first house 6 months ago with 2 acres. Previous owners failed miserably at taking care of the property. Got a Mahindra Max28XL new in early May with FEL, rake and box blade. Put about 15 hours on it already. 1/2 acre of the property is thick overgrown woods and will be my ongoing project to clear out. There is a hidden stream running through it that I plan on cleaning out and landscaping with river rocks as well. Lots of work in progress and look forward to learning tools and techniques from everyone on the forum.
