Local as in San Antonio, yes. Been here almost 25 years. Plans are to build a pole barn house (if I can get some slab questions answered) some chickens, and a big shop, vehicle restorations are my passion, oh and a pool to go with my shade trees !

How many in the family? What kind of chickens, eating or layers or both? Keeps us informed with pictures as you progress, please.
