Are you into snowmobiling?

Way past snowmobiling but used to, In fact my 1st sled was an 8 hp that sported wooden skis.
LOL, great sled, was so light it never got stuck even in fluffiest snows but was not very fast.
Unfortunately Ste Adele enacted bylaw that bans sleds and ATV's from all streets.
Today to sled you must join a club and have sled insurance added to which sleds now cost about the price that my first home did.

Now days my only snow 'sport' is clearing my drive.

I was pretty serious into the sledding up until about 5 years ago. Was doing about 10 000km a year. Mostly in the laurentions. Can’t afford the sport anymore in reality I never could!
I’ll say the trails and trail access became less and more crowded over the years with all the development as you know seeing as you live in the heart of what used to be snowmobile heaven. I know there are still great places to ride north of you but it certainly isn’t what it was.
I now have a bravo(Yamaha 250 single) for working in the bush. Now my toy of choice is my tractor, a lot safer than doing 100 mph through the trails.
