Hi,
I live in Western Idaho and recently purchased a John Deere 3320 tractor with Front End Loader and Backhoe. I was trying to figure out which rotary cutter to purchase and came upon tractorbynet and joined so I could ask questions.

Welcome to TBN and the forum, Brent. All rotary cutters will list the recommended engine or PTO hp required to operate their cutter. Like most all implements, if you are fortunate, you will get what you are willing to pay. I don't have anything worth cutting on my 80 acres.

If I were going to get a cutter - Rhino, Bush Hog, Land Pride, Brown, Everything Attachment. IOW - top of the line implements. I buy quality and buy only once. I expect my implements to last a lifetime. So far its 37+ years and all are still going strong.

Welcome! With item I expect to have and use for a long time, like a rotary cutter, I believe in the buy once cry once philosophy. In other words don't try too hard to save a few buck now and regret it or have to replace it down the road.
