Thanks from Illinois for allowing me into your group.
We recently purchased a horse property in Missouri and will be moving there this fall.
Looking forward to seeing the advise and the recommendations for a compact tractor, mainly for property maintenance.

Welcome to Missouri!!!! Where is Theodosia??? North of I-70 I hope.

We love watching people spend money so keep us posted on your tractor purchase. You'll have to start a thread about it. Add details such as acres, tractor tasks required, etc.

Thank you Richard! Theodosia is near the border with Arkansas, east of Branson.
We have a little over 42 acres with about half of that wooded.
We will be using the tractor for gravel drive and trail maintenance, brush clearing/mowing and some firewood work.
The property has about 15 acres in hay, but will most likely be hiring the harvesting out, getting too old for that.
I'll be sure to post my tractor once I find a nice one, used most likely.
