Great minds think alike! :laughing: I am glad that I inspired you to build one, I just finished looking at your thread and will say yours is a lot more work! Great pictures, looking forward to more. I put mine together 8 years ago, and am still using it now.

I did not know of yours when I built mine, but you were still first. I saw that you managed to lay yours on the side. Still this design with the fixed axle near the bucket is much more stable than a 'normal' tractor with front lift. :drink:

Oops I jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Yep, I agree the solid front axle is more stable. I have driven mine with the back wheels off the ground, when there is too much weight on the forks. Just go backwards and steer with the turning brakes!

The time it rolled was a freak accident, side slope and the right front wheel went into a hole where a tree had been removed,
