I am new to this thread but wanted to introduce myself and say hello to all that are online. I have an older Massey Ferguson 2135 turf tractor with the 4 cylinder continental engine in it but it has a wasted clutch, literally spit parts out into the bottom of the bell housing. I also have an Allis Chalmers 5050 which is the Italian version as I was told, of the older Allis Chalmers that I was familiar with back on my grandfathers farm in northeastern Oklahoma. I sure don't remember my grandfather having near as much trouble with his old Allis as I have had with this one, especially the 3 point hydraulic system. I have owned a 135 Massey with the 3 cylinder Perkins diesel in it and it was a great little tractor but it sure could have used power steering, especially if I had anything in the front loader bucket. That was really its only fault as I remember. I am looking for a repair manual for my 2135 Massey so I can tackle the clutch problem so if anyone has one that they would like to sell, please let me know.

Welcome to TractorByNet. A 2135 is a rare find. Congrads. If your going to keep the tractor and fixer-upper you will need the Service Manual and Parts Book and resale purpses the Operations Manual. They can use aquired different way. I searched eBay are a few are on there is you frequent that site. OR you can search Amazon.com which might have a few at a fixed price. To assure to get one in mint condition goto: www.agcopubs.com and buy direct from Agco. The service and parts books are not cheap. Around $90 each but worth thier weight in gold when it comes to repairing your tractor. Ask anyone here who has repaired thier own MF. Once you get started, start a thread here on your progress. We love to see how others repair a part of history. Take lots of pictures too. Good luck -kid
