Considering the ramifications of double digit bifurcation. A reduction in the prime rate may have an influence on capital gains. I would reduce my net loss by eliminating the cost over-run associated with equipment depreciation and a rise in short term interest rates by giving me 5 acres.

I interpreted your message as a suggestion to hedge my tax exposure by making a sizeable contribution to your favorite charity. I am strongly considering this as an alternative. I will need some fiduciary remunification for legal fees to draft a prospectus to present to my board of directors and distribute for a vote among the shareholders. I'm sure we can reach a compatible arrangement for you to forward me funding for your proposal that I'm sure will be financially benefical for both of us.
