Heating of my Taishan TS804 tractor hydraulic pump and distributor

I use the tractor (TS804) for plowing in the farm. After 2 years we noticed heating of both the distributor and the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic oil also found its way into the engine oil. We got both parts changed but the heating came up again in a short while. We need some advice on what is happening.

Heating is a symptom of flow being restricted like a directional valve not returning to center or 3 point attempting to raise all the time.

Your tractor may not have them but is arms on the back of a tractor used to connect implements like a box blade or scraper blade. They are raised via hydraulics on the tractor usually the lever is on the right side

Thanks we checked for all levers are on neutral.

Another observation: - the plow lifting and lowering is slower than before and the pump which is one we replaced is heating up.

To diagnose further you need to install a pressure gauge in the pressure line and watch this while the tractor is operating. There should be minimal pressure when no function is being operated and then pressure should rise when lifting the plow.

With 3 pt fully raised move 3 pt control lever forward just a small amount to determine if heating of oil goes away. If heating subsides it's possible 3pt feedback linkage isn't adjusted correctly.
