Here in southeastern Ohio we have been having a terrible heat wave. It's been in the 90's with humidity around the same level. While listening to the news this morning our illustrious Governor, Bob Daft suggested that all Ohioans should turn off their A.C. and use a box fan in the window. This would help the stressed out power grid cope with the tremendous demand for electricity. He stated a fan uses less than 10% of the power that an A.C. unit does. I was just wondering if good ole' Bob is using his box fan and giving the grid a break. Somehow, I highly doubt it.
