How can oil adding cause problemes in that engine ? Exept for draining slowly to the sump and overfill the tappetcover ? Fast checking before all the oil reaches the sump and then with time getting it to hi on the dipstick ?

It is a problem with oil passing through an internal breather to the intake manifold. See other posts and a link to another thread early on that documents a failure. It's a real issue for which NH posted a service bulletin. See the attached images from the SB.
