I recently traded-in my BX2200 for a BX23 and I noted the following last weekend when I attached my older snowblower to the BX23...
Basically everything fit just fine with a couple of small exceptions. The underframe (can't remember p/n) that lifts/lowers the blower attached just like on the BX2200 with one exception. The hydraulic hoses from the underframe's cylinder were color coded blue and red. This doesn't match with the blue/red color coding on the valve that works the LA210 FEL on the BX23. Specifically, I had to use the white/yellow color-coded connectors on the tractor's valve rather than the red/blue. Just make sure that up/down/float works like it always has and I think you'll be good to go.
One other item for manual chutists: On the BX2200, there's a black "L" bracket that mounts to the part of the tractor frame that holds the value. The chute rotation crank passes through (and is supported by) this bracket. My old L bracket was at the wrong angle for the (functionally) same part on the BX23. Specifically, the bracket tilts forward about 30 degrees too far... which doesn't allow the blower chute crank to pass through the "L" bracket freely. Perhap's Kubota sells a replacment part (haven't found one yet), but I think it'll be easy to simply bend the old L bracket and then bolt it to the BX23. (Will require redrilling one hole on the L bracket also.)
Other than those two minor points, everything went great other than the fact I was putting on the snow thrower way early. (But I wanted to ensure that the blower attachment was 100% ok before the first flakes start coming down.)
