on my Kubota are scratched and aged and since it is not likely I will find a replacement I would like to clean them out somehow. Any experience, suggestions, ideas?

I dont think buffer is the best approach here, maybe there is a chemical way to do it?

check out MotorWeek: Auto Basics: Goss' Garage

quote: "If you're into do-it-yourself well, there are a lot of kits on the market, one of the better ones is made by Permatex, it has all that you need to do a very good job. Follow the directions to the letter and you should be pleased with the results."

About 1 year ago I noticed that the headlights on my car had become little better than driving with a couple of high powered candles. I used the polish/cleaner that was purchased for the shield on my motorcycle and got good results. By the third session the lights were back to acceptable level. The brand I have is Slipstreamer but probably any cleaner/ polish made for bike fairings will work.
