Head Gasket

I have a 1970 Ford 4000 diesel. Ordered head gasket pt# 87801653 from New Holland dealer. This gasket has tabs that stick out past the head and block, see circles on picture. Will this be okay?

If it's the correct gasket and all the holes line up as they should you should be fine.

I've installed several. Not sure what they're for, but it's fine
