head bolts

I've got an old b&s L head that I'm putting new gaskets in.can somebody give me the torque values for the head? also do the crank pan bolts have a torque setting also? I think it's a 10 horse engine. thanks in advance russ

head bolt spec is 165 in lb sump cover is 140 in lb

Tighten them until they break, then back them off a quarter turn.
