At the risk of sounding a bit tacky, that person has a real, serious tractor. I don't believe Kubota makes anything that can come close to competing with it.

Having BX's and an F, I'm sure not the guy to answer this. But as light as the BX is I don't think it would have sunk as deep if at all.

Man, some of you guys sure take things seriously. I took it as being kind of tongue in cheek myself and have to agree to some extent. Some are so brand loyal that they seem to think their tractor can do anything better than any other brand and has absolutely no faults, not just Kubota. I have several different brands of tractor myself and while I prefer the Kubota in SCUTS/CUTS, I sure would look at something different in larger tractors. There is a Ford 5610 II for sale in my area I would love to buy right now I just can't justify it.

I have been on the other forums myself and posted there; glad to see I am not the only one.

Now of course in case I am wrong John won't be allowed to trade tractors for a whole year...

Yes, I am realizing that there are seemingly excellent (and far less expensive) alternatives to Kubota once you get in the 40+ HP range. Nothing against other tractor brands.

I've never thought about going over to the other branded forums. Guess I have no interest in other brands that I don't and won't own. Maybe it's just me.

I'm a JD man and I thought this thread and jokes were funny. I really liked the one with the kubota in the mud pulling out the "stuck" truck.

Why not read the other forums, there's good information in all of them and some good jokes and pictures. We're all tractor people, not seperate groups ready to go to war with each other.

This is my first post in the Kubota forum and probally won't be the last.
