hay wagon steer axle

Hey everyone I wanted to see if anyone had information on either building or buying a steer axle such as the ones on hay feeder wagons. The dual wheels with like a gooseneck coming in between the wheels with a tag along tounge.

That part is what we'd call a dolly. Can't help you other than that.

Around here it is called a feed wagon or hay feeder wagon.

Here is a single wheel silage feed box.

Could not find any plans to build or parts to buy for the front end.
