We tried out a cheaper wheel rake and it was a nightmare in the thick hay. Unfortunately I cannot remember the manufacturer (but I know it was NOT Sitrex). We ended up buying a brand new Kuhn SR110 GII with the kicker wheel (so hay in the center of the windrow gets raked too). It works amazing, fluffs the hay up more than we expected it to, and you can do a great job raking going at any speed that you can stay seated on your tractor...
