hi guys, recently i got a hay rake which is missing quite a few tines. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some tines for this or some similar ones. alternatively would it be worth buying 6 new wheels for it instead of having to source the tines? the rake can be viewed on my youtube channel New Hay Rake - YouTube
many thanks

since its a wheel rake youd prolly be better off buying the replacement teeth.we ran wheel rakes till 2000 when we quit baling our own hay.an we never replaced any tines on the rakes.ive heard the replacement tines are a pain to put in.

ok yours a differant wheel rake than im used to.an it looks pretty old an beat up.so if i was you id see if i could find new rake wheels insted of trying to replace all the teeth on the wheels.

yeah - i was thinking that but as i was given it for free i thought i'd try to do it up to use on that tractor in the video if we are using all our other tractors and the other 14 wheel rake - i'd also use it for smaller fields.

I think I've seen teeth to fit that rake at Tractor Supply. I had several spare wheels for my old rake until somebody stole them.
