hay pick up

Hey everyone. have a 2013 h9880 haywagon and the pick up chain stays on all the time. Didn't spend the big money on the book. Can I fix it easily?

G'day and :welcome: I think if it is a 2013 model then it would still be under warranty. Best left for the dealer to sort out
