I can’t imagine what I would do if I was wondering my land and found some guy living in a shack by the river. We have a river.
I guess there are some spots I haven’t necessarily scouted lately in the woods by the river. Guess I have something to do this weekend!

It was no shack... two story building with solar, plus a chicken house and who knows what else. Presumably Home Depot delivered the lumber and solar panels by via barge on the river.
