Hello. I just purchased a 2520 with 62 d mowing deck and 200cx loader with r4 loaded tires. But as my job dictates I must move. I'm going to have to sell my tractor with 16 hours. What is best way to sell? Anyone had luck with eBay? My dealer says I should ask about 18 for a fairly quick sale as these tractors are on backorder around the country? Any thoughts? All help appreciated.

It is always stressful when it is time to sell.
Most "real" buyers have done their homework. If your tractor is new I would not use Ebay as the commission steals your profit. Use Craiglist or another local source with quality pictures and a brief description.
Anybody who is in the shopping mode will have priced new and used.
Be careful of scammers! Local folks with local cash or a bank check are the only answer to purchase concerns!

Best way is on consignment right back at the dealership. These are hard to find and someone might jump at it. Talk to your dealer.
Second best way is NOT ebay, imho, but Craigslist. Also, TractorHouse will give you a free advertisement as well. Ebay commissions are high.

Sorry that you have to move,AND sell your tractor.
IMO,what your dealer told you holds true. You should have no problem at all, getting that price.Even as a "quick sale" price. The thing is basically still brand new.

Work out a deal with the dealer to sell it on consignment. Let them do the deal and pay them a commission so you don't have to deal with scammers or low buckers. Just make sure you have insurance on it until the day it sells and you have your money in your bank account.

You should have great luck on Craigslist. I have sold 2 JD tractors on craigslist....3320 with FEL and MMM and a 2320 with FEL and MMM. Both sold fairly quick too. The one thing going for you is the fact that the twenty series tractors are back ordered.....Good luck with your sell
