Sometimes the Name to IP address mappings which are stored on DNS servers can be cached on certain providers sites, and the updates might not propagate correctly. To put this into english, all the computers which use a certain DNS server might still have the old address for the server, instead of the new one. Or it could just be the phase of the moon.
