Has anyone used Periparts?

Has anyone used Periparts before? They are supposedly in the US and they have a seal kit for about $50 cheaper than I can find it anywhere else. That said, something about their website combined with the fact I see no mention of them in forums and such makes me question them. Scammer or real??? Thanks
