Has anyone ever built a scraper like this?

I saw this on ebay & wondered if anyone has built one. I'd like to get the dimensions & a source for the scraper blades.

I saw that on Ebay too. Interesting. I would assume something like that built for use on horse arenas and such. Doesn't look like it could stand up to the rigors of driveway maintenance abuse.
