Will be in Cabo in July. Wondered what the diving is like? Anyone here with dive expierience there?
Has anyone dove at Cabo San Lucas?

Does falling in the water count as experience? If so my wife is very experienced as she falls in the water no matter where I take her. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Wow, it's been 20+ years but it was well worth it. I remember several dives in various locations and all were different. I particularly remember the difference between the "ocean side," and "gulf side" dives. If you get a chance, though, go up the gulf to Bahia de los Angeles. Wild diving up there, and generally very calm, clear water. As a teenager, I hitched a short ride on a manta ray there! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Only thing that I know about Cabo San Lucas is that my son and his girl friend were there surfing a few years ago and got bitten (apparently by scorpions) and ended up with a massive blood infection -- some mysterious organisms. She ended up in the hospital on IV antibotics - he fought it for months. BTW, they are both well now.
