Morning has any body had any success in selling equipment through auction companies in Alberta south of Edmonton? What is a good commission rate? and should it be unreserved?

If you want credibility, spell DEERE correctly and include your tractor model number.

Have you tried Kijiji? There are other local buy and sell options through Facebook, there is also some local auctions the one at Cheadle happens one or two times a year, although it seems now that they charge points on both ends of the sale. but I would advertise locally or even put the unit on consignment a dealer I know Airdrie Tractorland will place equipment on consignment I think about 15 points. what have you got for sale?/ I'm always looking for a fair bargain.. ( like I need another tractor....LOL)

No craig's list in Canada? It has worked well for us in selling lots of stuff that was too heavy to ship, so eBay didn't make sense. No commission helps, and if you screen for idiots and scammers, it works for all parties.

Craigslist is kinda pathetic (in Western Canada anyways). I agree with the other poster about Kijiji.
Ignore the comment about the spelling error. If one were to look, the site is full of them. Just go into settings and edit your profile info.

went in and changed it sorry, still trying to find out model the tractor has bee sitting for forty years changed out the fuel greased it up fogged the cylinder turn it over slowly a rotation or two hooked up a battery and away she went, its a row tractor will post pictures soon
