Rake Harrow - What is it's name, Who was the Manufacture

I found one this weekend in Mississippi. In fact they had 2 there, I bought 1 of them. The 3 point hitch and support rail are new. The drag was very used. So I think now that they are taking some old equipment and modifing it for this. The drag portions look like the back part of the old "DoAll's".
