Hard Shifting Forward to Reverse

I have TC48DA with 180 hours, 2007, it has the manual 4 speed transmission with a Forward/Reverse shift on the left side of steering wheel. So far this tractor has been trouble free, however, it is getting harder and harder to shift from Fwd to Rev. I have adjusted clutch as per the manual. Often I have to double clutch it to get it to shift, then some times it shifts just as easy as can be. Owners manual is no help, may have to look into getting service manual, is there a good place to get the service manual at a reasonable cost. Thanks in advance.

I have a TC45A with 150 hours and mine is starting to do the same-sometimes easy, sometimes hard. I really have to finesse the lever to get it into the right spot...but the condition is getting worse
