Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

I wonder how much of H.F.'s tools are getting looted, coming out of the L.A. shipping terminals. The news has been showing U.P.'s railroad tracks littered with empty boxes.

Locking forceps like these have been amazing for me anyways, I am able to start hard to reach nuts/bolts, pick up dropped stainless fastners, pinch off a disconnected fuel line and many other uses. I have a pair in every tool kit I own. For me they became invaluable once I bought them.
Not an HF offering but I bought one of these Handee-Clamps... very handy indeed!

Pretty big shortage of drivers, the Army through some program is actually offering free CDL training to soldiers getting out of the Army on several posts. Pretty sure it's only going to get worse with the new requirements to get a CDL.
Not quite but close, incentives are being offered to Licensed Military drivers with waivers for portions of the Federal aspects of a civilian CDL.

I prolly have close to a dozen pairs of those in various sizes. While handy for just about any task you can think of, the largest pair I own while handy for fishing stuff out of a drain is by far more useful to me around the lead pot while casting. The last thing you want is a bunch of splatter when adding to the pot and you can add slooooow allowing for the ingots to heat without cooling the mix. ;)

That program that has been out for a long time, not what I'm referencing. Troops2transport is the training program for CDLs with GI bill funded, reduced cost, or free classes.

Gotcha, been a minute since I had to do any career counseling. Arguing with my mirror wasn't working. Go figure. :ROFLMAO:

I got my CDL 20+ yrs ago while still on active duty. Used my GI bill the GI bill also pays a monthly allowance when doing my paid apprenticeship, or it did awhile back, I believe now it's partially transferrable to your kids, post 9/11 versions.

Winder how many are stuck on the Ever Forward grounded in the Baltimore ship channel?
