My last couple of purchases were a drawbar for my trailer hitch for pulling a lightweight U Haul trailer, a moving padded blanket, and a big bag of various sized cotton swabs used for detailing or cleaning(not your ears).
Ya, thats the way it's suppose to work, but it seems to tangle itself inside which requires pulling apart to fix.I have found on my old EGo string trimmer that taking the head apart and winding new string is the wrong way to load it.
The string needs to be fed in one side and out the other (2 string head) then wound by twisting the head to suck the string in. This way it goes in exactly the same way as it goes out.
That's how my DeWalt electric trimmer works. It's called speed loading or something like that. The last time I used it, the string breaks off at the hub and nothing comes out. Perhaps the line is dried out or something. I'm going to pull it all out and reload fresh string.I have found on my old EGo string trimmer that taking the head apart and winding new string is the wrong way to load it.

On my EGo one string broke yesterday. I took it apart and rethreaded it out the holes. Broke again. This time I took all the string out, then rewound the whole thing. Worked fine through that battery and the next. Got a lot done! That's how my DeWalt electric trimmer works. It's called speed loading or something like that.
