True. But I have boxes of identical screws except for the drive type up in the shop at the moment. The torx ones often have that notch on the tip for a bit of self-drilling, but some Philip's have it as well & some torx dont. It does help, but I'm not sure if it's as much as the coupler not trying to cam out.One thing that most do not realize when comparing Torx to Phillips is that Torx tend to drive more easily because 99% have a drill tip...most Phillips do not.
