Finally got back to project and got throttle cable installed.




Had to install support bracket for cable.

Drive belt off motor was slipping, installed an adjustment bolt to hold belt tensioner tight

Made up a draw bar bracket and installed

I'm smiling while I type this....I've been slowly working on a project too (5 years now) on my son's minibike....mostly because I wanted him to grow up a bit more to start riding, but also to spread out the expenditures.....and because it's hot outside.

I actually did work on it tonight.

Got around to making the slow moving vehicle sign. Started with this.

Did work on bracket for exhaust, worked on hood clearance from muffler and steering shaft and mounted the slow moving vehicle sign
