I was mowing in tall grass. There were some old tree stumps and I guess I hit one and it popped the bead. I didn't notice when it happened and when pulling back to the shop, I saw it was off the bead on both sides. The bead is split radially on both sides like the picture. Does it appear to be enough to seal if I have it remounted? The tire still has a lot of tread left. If I do need to replace it, it won't be that much different from the other front.

There's no picture. Is the bead tore up or just popped loose? Reseating beads isn't that hard assuming it's not chewed up and the rim isn't bent.

Whoops, now it's there. I see where I can get a replacement from Amazon for $150 if replacement is the best option.

I would replace it. Even if it held air when you put it back on it will probably fail when you start to work it. Personally I would rather do a repair on my schedule, rather than when I need the tractor to accomplish something.

PS; that could be why your tire went flat in the first place.

I'd give it a try, if that's the worst of it. If you can get it mounted cheep. I buy all my tires from America's Tire and they mounted 2 replacement tires on my B21 for free if I dropped them off and gave them all the time they needed.

That looks pretty bad. I'd probably opt for replacing unless money is tight.

That tire looks gone... and brittle. I would replace it and be looking at the other side for its condition as well.

The both beads rolled out but the wheel seems to be ok. I'll probably just order a replacement and take it in for a swap. If I put it back together and it fails under load, I'll be bummed. I'll sleep on it and see how I feel after looking at it again in the morning. Thanks!

Bite the bullet and replace, for the next time might be so lucky..."I didn't notice when it happened and when pulling back to the shop,"
