In replacing the mower drive belt I saw the primary idler arm moved freely. No matter what I do, I can't get it to stay in position. It always slides back toward the spring arm. That means the belt is slack & won't turn when engaged. The tractor is a 2004 which still runs great. This tractor turned out to be a great investment & I want to keep it running strong. Anyone have this problem before? How did you resolve it?
