Traction (GT) 325 Tire (Chain) for Traction, Plow or J-Bucket?

I have been fantasizing about a real tractor with a 3-pt hitch and a FEL, like a 2320 or so. However, it is borderline making up uses for it just to have it. In the meantime, I am thinking of speding lite and upgrading my 325 to do a few more tasks. I already have the 30" tiller for it and the 48c mowing deck. I'm looking at getting the front blade for it for scooting around some dirt, gravel, maybe snow. My turf tires don't move on the snow, or course. Sometimes I am in some mud that I wish I could drive out of easier.

So, I am looking at chains, which I have never owned. I have seen these:
23-10.50-12 Tire Chains
and these:
16x6.50-8 Tire Chains

I also looked at rear Ag tires. There are several brands, ply-counts, and such in the rear Ag tire of this size (23x10.5-12). What are the good ones, and could that negate the need for a rear chain?

Front tires seem to have less choice in treads. Would I just keep the stock turf tire and chain it?

Weights seem to be the final component of this kind of setup. Seems like suitcase weights are easy to manipulate.

Finally, I am pretty quick with changing the 325 line of implements, and I can imagine wanting to till/plow, changing the implements back and forth. I notice the Johnny Bucket can sit on the front and still allow the tiller to use the hydraulic lift at the same time. Sounds nice, but at a steeper price. And I don't know if the J-B is an easy on/off implement, as I would not care to mow with it on. Any thoughts if a J-B is worth having over a plow blade?

EDIT: ADD: I use a YM walk-behind snow-blower for the major snow-moving.

I use my GT-225 with turfs and a 4'x6' trailer to haul firewood on hilly ground and I was always getting stuck, wet leaves stopped me. Got a pair of the $36 4-link ladder chains and even in a few inches of snow pulling a heavy load I haven't been stopped, did spin alot but made it up a small hill. I would get the chains over the bar tires. With the 2-link or the v-bars you won't be stopped
