Have replaced the PTO switch, both 5A and 25A fuses, the relay (whatever it does), the clutch, with pulley, have it all back together. Try to crank it, and the red lights indicate OK on the dash, I can hear the clutch clicking in and out, ...... nothing. Will not turn over, no sound at all. Any ideas?

You'll have to see that the trigger wire is being powered at the starter solenoid. If not, your brake switch is also in the crank circuit. A look at the terminals behind the switch could be in order as well.

George, it's not clear from your post if you are having trouble getting the mower deck to work or if you can not start the engine,

Please clarify.

Need to check all safety switches along with the pto switch. Any of these will cause no crank. Neutral, brake, seat switches all in the circuit to allow it to start. Sometimes a faulty pto switch can get melted inside to also cause this to happen. Good luck.
