My BIL used to be a police officer with a canine partner (rottweiler). He said the bad guys wouldn't listen to him for crap, but they sure changed their tune when he let the dog loose!
Here's my son training with his K9 Mattis. Of course its another officer wearing the bite suit.

(Having trouble posting personal video on here and I'm not posting it on another site so here's a image from the video)

They're trained to jump through the car window and subdue the perp so they can be detained.

Interesting, I always thought it was
"Alice, pull my finger"

You know, this just illustrates how narrow and/or ignorant some people are. I certainly have no desire to kill a deer, but I can tell you that back in the 30's and early 40's my Dad killed quite a few (illegally I might add) just so we could have meat on the table.

In fact, when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's, much of the wild game...deer, turkeys, beaver...were harvested by the depression meat hunters until there were no turkeys or beaver and very, very few deer left. Now there are more than there ever have been.

Growing up a country boy, I learned to hunt when I was in my teens. Some people don't recognize that country culture and hunting go together, at least they do/did here.
They don't think it through and they don't look past the end of their noses.
Like touting electric cars (that use lithium batteries) to save the planet.
Sounds great, but what effect are lithium mines having on the planet

It's amazing what they learn to do, and they LOVE their job! When my BIL would say, "Let's go to work," that was the high point of the dog's day.

If you are interested, YouTube lets you post a video that is essentially hidden. It is visible to anyone who has the specific link to that video. If you post that link on TBN, that effectively similar to posting the video directly to TBN.
