It was the same when I was there; there were quite a few Japanese tourists...made me wonder what they were thinking.

My former FIL who was of Japanese decent fought with the 442 in Europe. It was the most decorated unit in the Army in WW2. Many many Japanese were totally loyal the the US. He lived to 97 and was a good man.
