Hi all, I have a general question here, I have a 1974 Ford 3000, i'm adding a bumper guard i ordered from Steiner , looks simple , one nut and bolt on each side to remove than bolt it back on, i got the nut off with much penetrating oil and a cheater pipe so i thought i could just tap the bolt out but that's not going so smooth , does anyone know if that bar is under pressure, It seems like I may have to use a floor jack to lift a bit to back that bolt out, any thoughts appreciated.
