What do you need? I was in the business for many years.

Clutch parts, but would like to know where to get parts in general.

They are very tough to get parts for in general. When I work for my last employer he bought one at an auction for literally nothing. Can't remember what model it was. The only thing it needed was a caburator. Yea real easy to get one, lots of old toyota trucks. Call all around the world, talked to many dealers and such. They all said sure give me a day or two and call me back. None of them had one or could find a used one. Boss got sick of it and told me rent a plasma cutter and get rid of it for scrap. Got more money out of it that way then what he paid for it. Good luck trying to find parts.

Gray market lift trucks are tough to get parts for, all the ones I have ever seen/worked on at some point got scraped due to not being able to get a part somewhere along the line. The best source is an auto parts store that will spend time matching up parts to something automotive. You will more than likely not get a lift truck dealer to be able to supply you with anything more than similar US spec parts, and even if they can the parts will have to come from Japan, the parts support just isn't there.

The gray market trucks I have seen over the years even use an odd tire size not commonly available here in the states,,,, most of the grays I have seen were Komatsu's. Have any dimensions on the clutch? Sometimes the parts are used by several models/manufacturers. I still have access to some cross reference materials. Do you have a model # for the truck? I found 10 and 21 spline clutch discs available listed for Toyota.

I'll bet one of those sources can hook you up,,, be real surprised if they can't! That machine doesn't look terribly old, not a Toyota expert but ya sure it's a gray? Every gray I have seen was a cushion (solid) tire machine, not that I have seen it all by any means! Could it be possible that number is a serial and not a model? Never did a clutch on a Toyota, however did a few on Komatsu's and most of them you do not have to pull the engine or tranny,,, they have a split shaft, remove a clip, pull a pin, slide the shaft, take old out ,put new in, and run,,, 3 hr job, tops.

Thanks js, your right it can be worked on from the top. Shaft will split, I guess, then you can pull clutch out.
Thanks again.
