Good Afternoon,

I am a facilities manager (fancy term for a the maintenance guy) at a 240 acre historic site in Greenbush, WI.

My job involves alot of groundskeeping, but also a heavy dose of repair of a large variety of buildings, equipment, heating and cooling, plumbing electrical, etc.

I do a fair amount of carpentry also.

We have a 2008 EX 3200, and what a nice machine it is.

I look forward to providing any help that I can to members of my new community. I have already read alot of posts and gained many useful pieces of information.

I just visited that place a couple months ago for the Civil War reenactment and toured the buildings. It's a very nice place.
